Our outstanding women's group, dedicated to educational, social, charitable and fundraising efforts.

U.S.Y., Kadima and Kadima Katan
Our youth groups for children in grades 6-12, helping to prepare Jewish leadership for tomorrow.

Continuing Education committee
This group organizes classes, lectures, workshops and special events.

Ritual committee
The group meets with the Rabbi to discuss religious policy, the conduct of services and the acquisition of ritual supplies.

Programming committee
This group plans programs such as Shabbat meals, holiday celebrations and social events.

Social Action committee
This group plans activities which support humanitarian causes in the Jewish and secular communities.

Board of Education
This group meets with the principal to discuss policies of the religious school and to assist in the efficient and proper running of the school.

Youth Commission
This group meets with the youth advisors to discuss policies of the youth program and plans and evaluates programs.

Membership Committee
This group discusses ways of attracting new members, addresses the needs of our existing members, and plans special events.

Beautification Committee
This group oversees the beautification of the interior and exterior of the Temple building, deciding choice of color, placement of artwork, etc.

Fundraising
This group helps to plan and run events and activities that raise funds for the Temple.

Finance
This group assists the financial secretary and treasurer in safeguarding the assets of the Temple.

House committee
This group helps to maintain the Temple's physical facilities.

Hospital visitation
Members of this group visit Jewish patients in local hospitals.

Bulletin
This group publishes the Shofar, Temple Beth Ahm's monthly newsletter.

Clerical
This group assists the office staff in sending out mailings and helps our secretary and bookkeeper when they are not available.
