USY Gesher 6-8

Aberdeen USY Gesher (6th-8th graders) youth group meets once a month on Sundays either in the synagogue or on field trips. Throughout the year, Gesher kids will have opportunities to participate in combined USY and USY Gesher events including ice skating, bowling, possible Shabbat overnights (Shabbatons), Hagalil Convention and Hagalil Encampment. These activities enable middle schoolers to have fun and meet peers of different ages from other synagogues throughout central and northern New Jersey. 

The Temple Beth Ahm Youth Commission oversees the planning and execution of USY Gesher programming.
